I've always loved being creative since Art A Level and throughout my Fashion Management degree. Now, as a Creative Director, I am constantly developing my skills in combining creativity with business acumen to deliver results. I use data and statistics to inform my creative decisions, making sure they are tailored to the target audience and crafted for success.

I am a solutions-focused individual who is always striving for the best. I have completed the silver Duke of Edinburgh Award where I developed my perseverance and problem-solving skills while navigating a complex expedition. In the fast-paced environment of digital marketing, I efficiently and effectively solve problems to maximize success for my clients.

You will always find me with a to-do list! My organisation enables me to juggle multiple commitments such as my degree, part-time jobs, own businesses, and social life. At work, I prioritise tasks and ensure they are completed to the best of my ability and on time. I am always working towards continuous improvement and finding ways to streamline my workload.

I am an excellent collaborator with experience leading teams. During university, I worked on multiple group projects, accommodating and capitalising on each team member's strengths. In my current role, I am part of an intimate team that works together towards the same goal, focusing on open and thorough communication and always listening to one another.

Proactive Behaviour and Initiative
I am a proactive individual who takes initiative and hates to sit still. During lockdown, I helped students through their isolation periods and commercialised my hobby and passion for baking by taking my business Tabby Tastes from concept to completion. At work I use my initiative and proactivity to go above and beyond what my clients and colleagues expect of me, always striving for the best.

Presentation and Communication
I am a confident communicator. I have experience presenting and sharing my ideas and knowledge through a whole variety of mediums from, presentations, writing and creative assets to video and audio communication. I am comfortable and practiced in delivering presentations and pitches at university and at work, giving feedback to my team on current creative success and findings.

Work Ethic and Performance Under Pressure
I have demonstrated my ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a strong work ethic throughout my time as a Front Of House Team Member at Wagamama. As a Gold Star employee, I consistently earned well above average tips each week, and I frequently used my initiative to help others during busy periods, remaining calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Multitasking and Project Management
I am a natural multitasker with excellent project management skills. I single-handedly organised a charity fashion show where I engaged fashion brands, marketed the event, and led a large team to sell over 150 tickets, raising a significant four-figure sum for Breast Cancer. This experience showcases my organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Interpersonal Skills and Relationship Building
In my role as a VIP Relationships Manager at the Getting & Keeping Customers Convention, I had the opportunity to work with a variety of high-profile guests and speakers, including Jimmy Carr, David Walliams, Sara Davies, and Courtney Black. I am personable and always able to communicate confidently and effectively, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
